Residents of Washington Township who have lived in the township for at least 6 months and are in need.

For emergency financial assistance (rent, energy, water, or sewer) consideration, applicant must also have an eviction notice or disconnection notice.

A client may receive emergency assistance once every 24 months.

Emergency assistance is available if someone is receiving a form of standard Social Security benefits, but not SSI.

To receive a food voucher, the applicant cannot already be receiving the Link card.
